Trillium was founded in the early 2000's by Willy Olsen. As a real estate agent, Willy became more and more involved in real estate investing. As the inventory of properties grew, there became a need to form a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). Over the years the company has bought and sold land, homes and commercial real estate. Trillium Investment Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm. Any properties that are for sale are properties that the company owns or is working in conjunction with iPro Real Estate and marketing their listings for sale.
